We strive to provide accurate, evidence-referenced information, but we make no warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the content.

3. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content

Some content on this Site includes affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you purchase through them at no additional cost to you. We only reference products we consider genuinely relevant.

Sponsored content and brand partnerships are clearly disclosed. We maintain editorial independence regardless of commercial relationships.

4. User Submissions

Where you submit content (such as experience reports or ratings), you grant The Moxie Edit a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and moderate that content. We do not edit the content of submissions — we review each one and decide whether to publish it as submitted, and we reserve the right to decline to publish or to remove submissions that are inaccurate, harmful, or off-topic. Submissions must not contain defamatory statements about any person, clinic, or business. The UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combatting Rumours and Cybercrimes makes online defamation a serious offence, and we moderate submissions with this in mind — this is why clinic-related submissions on this platform are positive-only by design (see Submission Guidelines).

5. Intellectual Property

All original content, design, and branding on this Site is the property of The Moxie Edit and may not be reproduced without permission. Where content references third-party research or products, all rights remain with their respective owners.

6. Advertising, Sponsorships and Disclosure Compliance

Any paid promotion, gifted product or service, brand partnership, or affiliate arrangement featured on this Site will be labelled in line with UAE Media Council disclosure requirements (currently: a clear "#ad", "#sponsored", "#gifted" or "#paidpartnership" label, shown before any reader has to click through or expand content). This applies even where no cash payment changes hands, including gifted or discounted products and services.

Publishing any promotional content from the UAE without the applicable advertiser permit and trade licence is subject to regulatory penalty. The Moxie Edit will not publish sponsored or affiliate content until the relevant permit is in place.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Moxie Edit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this Site or its content.
