What It Is

Nd:YAG vascular lasers use a 1064 nm wavelength that penetrates deeper than many vascular lasers and can be used for selected vessels, redness and vascular lesions. It is often discussed for rosacea-related redness and visible vessels, especially when deeper penetration is needed. Moxie has not tried it.

How It Works

The laser energy targets hemoglobin in blood vessels. Heat damages or collapses targeted vessels so the body can gradually clear them.
